- The issued serial numbers haven’t been used to authorize the software.
- You haven’t downloaded the product yet.
- You accidentally bought the same product twice.

However, we regret to inform you that we cannot issue refunds if:
- You no longer require the purchased product.
- You’ve found another product you prefer, or your preferences have changed.
- You’re unable to use the product due to hardware or software limitations.
- You lack the necessary knowledge or expertise to utilize the product effectively.
Once software is registered, it’s non-returnable. Therefore, please carefully review the product description concerning compatibility, installation, activation, or requirements.
Ensure you own legitimate licenses for Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries and Software Synth Preset Banks. We don’t guarantee product functionality with cracked or illegally downloaded software.
Note: Products bought with store credit aren’t eligible for refunds. Store credit will only be issued if a product is faulty and can’t be reasonably repaired.
